Housing Operations Assurance was created from years of practical experience working within complex residential and HMO property operations. As portfolios grow and more responsibility is delegated, smaller operational weaknesses can become increasingly difficult for an owner to see. HOA was created to provide another level of oversight, bringing practical operational experience, an independent perspective and a structured approach to reviewing what is happening across a portfolio.

Where appropriate, this is supported by operational visits to a sample of properties and evidence sampling to compare what is recorded with what is happening in practice. The result is a clear report that identifies what is working well, where weaknesses or risks exist and what should happen next.
